Weekly SA Mirror (Pty) Ltd is a start-up company wanting to publish a digital newspaper on a weekly basis. The newspaper will promote black advancement and empowerment and provide infotainment to inspire readers to develop themselves, take charge of their own destiny and take part in national dialogue towards building our democracy and creating a better future for themselves and their children. Weekly SA Mirror (Pty) Ltd is 100% black-owned and is a BEE Level 1 company.

Start-up Package

The vision of Weekly SA Mirror (Pty) Ltd is to create space for diverse views and perspectives to give content to the expression “diversity is strength” so to build the democracy and deepen the culture of tolerance and multiculturism. The company's intention is also to publish a limited-circulation print version during the second year of operation and onwards. The weekly paper will be published in a pdf format every Friday, with pagination varying between 12 and 16 pages and complemented by a website that will be updated daily.
